How do I receive my personalized product?
Once your product has been printed, we carefully pack it in appropriate cardboard packaging and affix the correct shipping label. From our production site in Liechtenstein, we ship several hundred packages across Europe every day. For the journey from Liechtenstein to Germany, we rely on SWISS POST CARGO. The final leg to your doorstep is then handled by DHL with its dense delivery network.
Shipping costs within Germany = EUR 5.50
Shipping costs to EU countries = EUR 10.50
From what order value do I receive my order free of shipping costs?
Free delivery is granted for orders with a merchandise value of EUR 100.- or more.
