How is your product printed?

balleristo is a pioneer in printing on objects from a quantity of 1. For printing, we rely on state-of-the-art digital printing machines from renowned manufacturers.

Your ordered product is manually cleaned and prepared for printing before it is printed. Your product is individually placed in the machine and the print area is positioned with the help of laser lines. After that, the actual printing process can begin.

  1. Scanning the product
    The machine checks whether the correct product has been inserted.

  2. Surface activation
    the surface is activated for printing by means of plasma pretreatment.
     
  3. Non-contact printing
    with White, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black and optional Primer

  4. UV final drying
    Surface sealing thanks to UV curing

After printing, your product undergoes a visual inspection, followed by packaging and preparation for shipping.
