How is your product printed?

balleristo is the pioneer in the printing of objects from an edition of 1. For printing, we use the latest digital printing machines from well-known manufacturers.

Your ordered product will be cleaned manually before printing and prepared for printing. Your product is placed individually in the machine and the print area is positioned with the help of laser lines. The actual printing process can then be started.

1. Scanning the product
   The machine checks whether the correct product has been inserted.
   
   
2. activation of the surface
   The surface is activated for printing using plasma pre-treatment.
   
3. Non-contact printing
   with white, cyan, magenta, yellow, black and optional primer
   
   
4. UV final drying
   Sealing of the surface thanks to UV curing

After printing, your product is visually inspected, followed by packaging and preparation for shipping.
